"There has not been any problems that we are aware of. I have checked on the amount of sales and compare them to ones in the past which I do see what you mean. But once again there has not been a problem lately. If you have anymore questions please feel free to contact us."
This is the reply i get, when emailing client support earlier about "what is going on, and why no sales are being registered"
