For me? 50% of the income and growing. There are a number of ways of doing this, I filter the traffic and send all non-US traffic to
SGM. They do very well with EU traffic.
SGM offers whitelabels you can slap on a domain, these can get picked up by the SE's and get a decent amount of traffic. I have one that gets thousands of daily hits and it hardly has any inbound links.
The rest I either sell / trade via PlugRush, send to my mobile toplist or sell to
Juicy
