I have no experience with AwizTGP but their site's last update was 4 years ago so that can't be a good thing.
TGPX is no longer supported officially but it's an excellent, stable script and it's dirt cheap now. The support forums are still pretty active as well.
Smart Thumbs is still supported and is probably the best all-around TGP script but it's a bit more expensive.
