True. This goes for all peoples in all nations.
Us, the West, are party responsible. We continue sending out this message to the rest of the world that having money is great, without wanting to share anything with them. Instead, we exploit them. So they get desperate, and some of them lose it and become violent. In the UK people have been convicted for producing animal crushing videos as well.
So my comment "Philipines to everything for money" was wrong. My apologies.
