Why do you think the US and Britain give out money and have military bases all over the world? Out of charity or because there is someone getting something in return. You reap what you sow. Every action has a consequence, and both the US and Britain have in fact given 2 shits about the planet, and are more about conquest (military, economical, cultural) than providing "aid"....
