I've had the worst week of sales for years and last week we also went live with Nats which has presented more options to fill out to join.
It could be a coincidence but I'm just looking at all the options!

I see some people don't even have a pre-join page and point straight to CCBill. Has anyone tried this and does it convert better, worse or same?
