i am not a blogger...so...im asking for a friend...best software, and route to go.
it is a mainstream blog.
i dont think she will want to spend too much, however basic expenses of course should be expected.
people still use blogger? i would think that its best to use your own domain.
perhaps mirror it on blogger or something.
anyway, if there is a thread with all the info, lemme know
