I just in the span of 30minutes got 3 different texts from the same number all saying I need to call about my account and have 806 number. The only difference in the messages was one said Chase Bank Account, one said my Bank of America Account, and the third said my WellsFargo account. So sure they are phishing for people to call and give their bank info.
