I am looking to offer this as a paid service soon, but I would like to offer 5 free Re-Tweet packages to the forums. This will be just a small test run of what the full service will be. Now on to what this consist of:

I will tweet your message and link or just your link with one of my tweets from 1 of my accounts. Then I will re-tweet that message with 100 additional accounts making that a "hot" tweet and in theory makes put's it at the top of the searches in Twitter for any of the keywords contained in that tweet.
