Hi there,

Because of the animation studio I own, I have a lot of dedicated servers which I use to render animations. Works fine. However, I have 8, 3 year old dual quad Xeon-based servers with full infrastructure that are not being utilized as much as I would like and I've been trying to think of something useful I could do with them to generate any extra revenue.

I know the topic of setting up a webhosting company has been talked about a lot but I frankly I'm not interested in the 3am phone calls and the hassles of being tied to these things 24/7, not to mention the potential security issues and inadvertently hosting CP or warez or whatever else.

However, this is a nice load of CPU horsepower that must be able to utilized in a good way. I'm interested in SERIOUS ideas and possibly exclusively sharing revenue if you know how to implement and promote the idea, and have proven experience for it. I can supply the hardware, power, infrastructure, you supply the brains and promotion. I am mainly interested in mainstream endeavors, BUT will consider an adult related idea if it really has merit.

My time is somewhat limited because of my other business activities, but I am willing to work with someone closely if a good idea has merit and very willing to share in revenue if you know how to implement it and promote it. Extra kudos if you are tracking with any financial-services related ideas as I am a very avid trader, etc., but open to any and all.
