Most of the guys doing that are probably the same ones you see hawking the larger webcams sponsors with $1,000 PPS. They post a webmaster ref link and follow it up with that little thumb up icon. If you're lucky they'll also post a statement like "I make lots of money with FUCKYOUWEOWNTHETUBESCASH." This is how the scheme usually works anyway.
