Instead of trying to focus on selling a link to your site that at this point probably doesn't have much value to any potential buyer, you should spend that time building your site up to make it a real value. Then the question won't be how much to sell a link on a PR0 site, it will be something like, hey I have a site that gets XXXX unique visitors a day and how much should I charge for a link on that site? :-)
