Same thing happend to me 2 days ago.
Mainstream website, ranking page 1 for the right keyword.
Yesterday, bam, gone from google. Totally deindexed, fresh site, no backlinks to it.
Now it ranks for some species of a snake in texas. Go figure that one out?!
