some skeletons in the closet, sure men or women in power sometimes loose sight of themselves.
in this case the best he could/can do is to admit, apologize and inform how it really came down (she may have led him to believe she was interested? women can be very manipulative) but i believe it probably did happen, and probably other times he came onto some women they probably did have consensual sex with hi, i would not be surprised. all he needs to do is apologize... Tiger should have done same, you cannot make stuff like that go away.
