We've already had emails from Thomas and Sandra about this back on November 3rd. Emails and chat support hasnt resolved anything, and certainly hasnt gotten us our money any faster.
What really put it over the top was when I was told I would get an email back yesterday with some answers and I did not.
So, sorry, I have no confidence in getting any support from Zombaio via email.
In the mean time, new sales through our sites are still very much "in motion"..............................just not with Zombaio until we get our money.
