jreg81,
This is very unfortunate but sometimes wires over swift is not placed and settled by the bank and are bouncing which happened in this case. When we put a trace on those payments, our banking partner can re-settle them back to our account faster.

What we did in your case was to switch over this bounced payment via ACH (for your convenience) this Monday and if you look in ZOA you will actually see a new settlement date for the ACH which is 2011-11-17. However, you will probably get this a lot faster since we have flagged it as express.

The one with settlement date 2011-11-03 is cleared on our end and we have an settlement response from your bank on this, so I hope this is cleared on your end. If not, let us know and we will send over the settlement note (receipt) to you.

We can only guarantee that the payments will go from us latest at the settlement date, but we can never guarantee any settlement cycles with all banks around the world. Just an MT901 message (trace) takes a couple of days for some banks and weeks for other banks. This is one of the reasons we recently implemented more payout methods (ACH and SEPA).

Another problem in this specific case is that you have asked for support from accounting, from me, from first line and second line support and of course every time you go to a new person they have to go through your case and sometimes you might get different answers. The best here would be to always go through the same channel for support and let us do the transfers to another department if needed. That way we can ensure that you will get the best support and most accurate answers.

If you got further questions about this, don't hesitate to contact me directly.
