Just going through this case for quality assurance and I found that no support ticket was created in ZOA. This does not mean that you won't get support without the ZOA ticket, but it will help us a lot to give you accurate and fast support.

To all clients: Please create the ZOA ticket before the "GFY ticket" then we would be really thankful.
