Paterno was depicted in the movie as a great guy. And he was and is, Joe Paterno was like the Dad and later a Grandpa most wished they had. At 83 he is still the head coach of Penn State, players love him, the students of Penn State love him, the people of Pennsylvannia love him. And now............... he will forever have his reputation tarnished by a child sex abuse scandal and be looked at as a man who allowed many children to have their lives ruined by a child molestor.
i keep hoping there's a way or explanation to excuse Paterno's actions or lack thereof but it doesn't look like there is one.
Paterno will be forced out, and he'll probably die much sooner than he would have.

It will be interesting once all the facts come out to see just how much he knew. Right now it doesn't look good for him.
