Everyone doing wires on a frequent basis knows that issues happens and solving wires issues really depend on how quickly the intermediary and receiving banks are willing to respond it takes from hours to weeks depending on the bank.
If you look at Tomas response the money owed were sent via ACH on Monday and us using the express option to get the money to our client as quickly as possible, so this thread did not make a difference in when he will receive his money.
The problem have been we have not communicated well enough with this client for different reasons and we will review this case and try to improve.
