Things happen, mistakes, banks, mail, etc and payments do get lost. But they're not just not paying you at all. And I am glad I actually read this thread or I would have just assumed they are ripping everyone off.
Thread fail, you should revise this people are going to now think they just aren't paying at all.

The post title clearly says "Missed Zombaio PayOUT", indicating one single payment to any intelligent reader. Also, "Where's our money?" is very much accurate as well. It's our money. We want it on time. We want better answers when we don't have it on time.
It's pretty simple,
Do we have OUR money? Yes or no?
NO.
Did we repeatedly contact Zombaio support for explanations/answers over the past 13 days? Yes or no?
YES.
Did we receive clear explanations/answers? Yes or no?
NO.
Did we receive an email Monday when we were told we would? Yes or no?
NO.
Mistake happen? Mail gets lost? Payments get lost? Really?
Well in the the 5 years we've used CCBill and the 1 year we've used Epoch, we've never had a payment late or lost from either of them. Oh, and throw in Verotel there too.
Again, very thankful we use NATS and multiple billers so we can turn one off at the very first hint of "mistakes" or "bank, mail, etc" issues.
Sad it has to be that way....but, it's business.
We just like to have the money our sites earn and have it on-time.
Like I said, it's simple.
