I tried using the Zombaio Support Ticket function in the past and it's terribly inadequate. You have to get on with chat or call to let someone know you opened the support ticket, and even then, it takes days to get attention or updates to it. When I----and most customers I think----want support, I want it NOW or in near real-time.
Zombaio needs major improvement there if you're going to push use of that Support Ticket avenue.
