I'd just like to point out that CCBill is a great company...BUT I have had an issue in the past with money.
It wasn't a merchant payment, but an affiliate check.
In 2006, for some reason a check they sent to me got returned as "undeliverable". It was just a glitch at the post office because I had the same address and had gotten checks from them there for years.
Well...to protect my money...they just stopped sending me checks! They didn't tell me anything or email me. They just stopped sending checks. lol
About a month and half went by and I was looking over my deposit slips and it occurred to me that I wasn't seeing any CC Bill checks there.
Keep in mind I get a dozen checks in the mail every day and promote hundreds of programs so I literally just didn't notice it.
I got in touch with them and they cut me a big check for over $30,000 that was what I was owed over the previous few weeks.
Happy ending to the story. Just like you will have a happy ending to this one too.
But I just wanted to point out...that money that CC Bill had was MY money. And they should have at the very least gave me a call. They know who I am and have all my contact info. So just to stop paying me and not tell me wasn't the best way to handle it.
But I don't think they are a "bad" company because of it. And I just wanted to point out that "yes" other companies DO have similar fuck ups from time to time that can cause you to have a delay on your money.
