I wasn't saying that other billers like CCBill could never possibly have similar screw-ups, I was just stating that in our experiences thus far, they have not. I wouldn't say Zombaio is a "bad" company either; we've been relatively happy with them since we got them.
However, this is certainly NOT the first time there's been a screw-up, so that is more to the point of my post here. If it were the first time, I probably would have just shook it off as one of those few-and-far between screw-ups that can happen to anyone and just waited until the money finally came in.
There was the big rebill fiasco this past June I think it was, and then the big Xmas/New Years screw-up last year, with a few other smaller issues scattered about as well. I don't want to rehash it all here, but the point is, this certainly was not a first-time occurrence.
Hence, the added frustration and concern, leading to the eventual opening of this thread. (which, for better or worse, did garner more attention than other more traditional methods)
