I'm playing around with TubeX to start a small legal tube site but I will need a basic design and was wondering if there is someone here who could design a simple theme? I'm looking for something inexpensive...I really just need maybe a nice little navigation bar and a simple text logo. I don't need any fancy graphics or anything like that. What kind of price would I be looking at for this?
