would you work with mark? you can say No no no but if mark has something you can buy that's profitable for you, then all this thread makes you do is make sure you dot your 'i's and cross your 't's when dealing with mark, which you should do anyway with everyone. Worst thing it does to mark is end a couple handshake deals and force him to put them in paper.
