If so then i don't see really what he has done wrong, he reported his concerns to his boss but not the police but then why should he, he never saw the abuse and only had second hand evidence that it happened.
Everybody has heard a story about what someone else has alleged to have done but do you ever go to the police with the story? No, of cause you don't unless you have real evidence. It was up t the person who saw the act to report it.

Check out my timeline post up above, post #73. By the time the shower incident had occurred, there were already past allegations against Sudansky. I would see your point if it was the first time an allegation of that nature had been made, but since it was repeatedly occurring, whether he had actually been convicted of anything or not, JoePa should have taken it to the proper authorities, as there would be good reason to believe it's true.
