I said with regard to how consent is manufactured as per Chomsky's book the media blacking out someone whom they find threatening is precisely what Chomsky was getting at in his book so i find it ironic you are using his avatar when it seems painfully obvious you dont even comprehend the positions of the man you purport to identify or agree with. Furthermore, regardless of labels , I will speak slow here since you are obviously one of the suckers that has been baited into the left-right paradigm... the reality is that if you actually comprehended Chomsky's positions it would be clear to you that absent some idiotic label that they agree on much including ending the drug war, ending the foreign wars, and the economy. That is not to say that they agree on everything or the way to fix the problem but there is much common ground there, clearly more so than you understand.
