Completely untrue and a total misrepresentation of his position on the issue. You clearly have no conception of how the United States was set up. States rights is not a red herring no matter how many times that lie is repeated. The whole reason the US was set up that way with States rights was so that if you did not like the laws in one State you could move to another. At worst case under a President Paul some radical southern States could bar it but people would be free to simply cross the border to a neighboring State to get the proceedure. Think people in LA going to Vegas for the weekend to gamble. I am sure that with all the pro choice groups around they could have chartered bus excursions if that happened which is unlikely. Plus he is against a constitutional amendment and you have to remember that if an amendment to guarantee abortions on demand can be apssed, an amendment to ban all abortions could be passed which could not happen under a Paul presidency so your whole comment is the red herring, sorry.
