Hey Patavax try this....pull your form hits reports from nov 6th 2011 thru nov 11 2011

Lets compare submission percentages and see if you see something strange with yours like I see with mine...

Sunday nov 6th 2011 form submissions 16% 50% approved

Monday nov 7th 2011 form submissions 50% 30% approved

Tuesday nov 8th 2011 form submissions 7% 100% approved

Wed nov 9th 2011 form submissions 33% 40% approved

Thurs nov 10th 2011 form submissions 8% 100% approved

Friday nov 11th 2011 form submissions 15% 100% approved

Okay now here is the rub for the above dates...

same exact consistent number of uniques to tour

consistent double digit form hit numbers for each day (maybe a 1 or 2 click deviation but steady and consistent)

Now anyone with reason should conclude that stats are stats and should be consistent across the board

We even had a rep agree to this fact that when viewing stats numbers should be consistent

Its only when we get to theform submission percentages and approval percentaged do we see pandemonium

It certainly appears that to increase sales you need to increase form submits, however when I double or even triple form submissions, my sales approval percentages go down

Now if my form submission percentages are 15% or below then my approval % goes to 100%

So why can't I have 100% approval on 50% form submissions anymore, I can only have 100% approval on very low form submission percentage

So the argument to increase sales you must increase form submissions is flawed because I have certainly demonstrated that even when increasing form submissions we get very low approval %

Also found out today that form declines are different than submit declines, and that form declines data is non existent for clients...how about them apples...wouldn't you like to know if someone is submitting your form incorrectly and why??

I think that data would prove most illuminating and maybe take some of the paranoia out of the form hits reports not seeming accurate
