That's bullshit, if you actively approve or decline posts that is no longer exempt from 2257 laws and you don't qualify for not being legally responsible.

Looks to me like he's approving/denying post and then even adding gifs to them making him the editor... I was told by attorneys that's gonna get you thrown under the 2257 bus.
Side note, guess all the other illegal GF sites have been getting some nice unverified age wise content to use on tours promo materials, FHGs and members areas... now you know..
