Providing you make it an 'opt-in' system AND use something to clean our your bounced emails then you should be ok. We use
https://inboxresponse.com/ to prune the database of bounced/dead emails. Works fine for us and we put through about 250,00 once or twice a month
Also, if you get any of these spam filter veritifcations (to prove your human) make sure you do them quickly as thats another way you can end up on the spam blacklists
