Usually agree with you but don't here. I'm sure you know that sales will most likely decine the higher the membership price. What I'd like to see is a sales comparison between a site with average paysite content and a site that spent an assload on quality content. And see which profits more in the end with the same membership price keeping in mind that one of them spent a lot more on the content so that is cutting into the profit. Which I think is what Paul was getting at, not a higher membership price.
Edit: and after that, if the better quality site has raised less profit, raise the membership price to see if you can at least balance it out. If they are both equal the site with better content would be the winner.
