Although i didnt have to have the pages because im not IN the usa, i fixed them anyway. Had a nice talk with my personal ccbill rep, and they tell me its all fine.

And funny thing is, due to this thread i now have a new company as a backup biller in my cascade which i didnt have. So this thread is very usefull!
