You arem't really breaking any laws if the content actually is user uploaded, and you do respond to takedown requests. But when the majority of videos are submitted by "admin", and your dmca link on the page is a 404, then you probably don't have the best defense if a copyright holder decides to sue you.
If you need to be a paying member before being able to upload to the site, then how did the first videos get on there? Did someone pay to become a member of a site without content, and then magically start uploading videos to it?

How does he get owned when there is no link to that page from your sites content pages? All videopages links to a blank 404 template.
