I'm checking these reactivated cancelled accounts right now and one of them (and could be more because I only checked one so far) has been rebilled AFTER his cancellation
three times already now and Zombaio didn't add his account back to the htpasswd list so this poor guy is paying for something he:
1) Cancelled months ago already
2) doesn't get access to
I already brought this up in here in August, all Zombaio had to say about it is that it's not possible. If they would have a future and be serious they would have digged into their stats (they have the BEST stats system in the world, because they made it, right?) and looked up these problematic accounts and dealt with it. But they won't, because they're the Zombaios and their clients can go fuck themselves.
O wait... things like this are not possible.... well that solves everything doesn't it? Life is so easy... if something goes wrong you just say that's it not possible and move on with the daily routine
I could collect some proof to make things easy for Zombaio... but isn't Zombaio the payment processor that refunds payments without even bothering to contact the client first and without removing the account from the htpasswd list and if you bring that up in their support ticket system they won't even bother to reply?
EVERYTHING I claim here comes from the Zombaio system: tools / member management / search subscriptions. If someone as stupid as me can dig this info up, then every other moron should be able to as well.
