I think some meat is ok, but as with everything in moderation. Obviously if you are eating large amounts of red meat, or any meat every day, something is bound to go wrong in your body.
I think the US food pyramid or MYPyramid needs re-evaluated, it's bs. Everyone has different needs and everyone is unique.
