Good point. First things first. Assuming there is some small effect from too much wheat, it's pretty certain that exercise and stress make much more difference, so take care of the big things first. Probably the most healthy thing about gluten free crackers would be if if you jog from the car to the store to get them. Park a block away from the store and walk, then check labels for gluten if you feel the need.
