If I go to tools / subscriptions and look this member up, the first page says "cancelled" with the date on which he cancelled. When I found this problematic account he was already removed from the Zombaio htpasswd list. Now he wouldn't have been removed if he did not cancel his account, right? So there I have two clues that he did cancel his account.

I think it started with the paused rebilling (in July?). There had been a pause in the rebilling of this account too and maybe they tried to resolve it by setting up one more billing AFTER cancellation/termination. But this account has been re-billed three times now and is due to be rebilled for the forth time in December. Why? Because it's an error in their system, and that's something that can happen. But they should have looked it up and fixed it after I first reported this problem in here, instead of acting like the Gods Of Credit Card Processing World Who Never Make Any Mistakes And If There Is A Problem It's Always The Fault Of The Client And Never Of The Super Zombaios. Now I could have sent the details of these problematic accounts to Tomass in private mail but I didn't... after all when I asked him to improve some things, he told me to continue doing it myself every day manually (which is the same as saying "fuck you" to your client, right?), and when I contacted their support about a problem, they promised to sort it out and get back to me, which they never did. So if they don't help me, why would I help them? I definitely don't need them and if I would need them I would rather get out of business than having to deal with this kind of fuck-ups

That's what I thought at first too. That it was me, not looking properly. Because it's too bizar to be true. But I double checked, e-mailed three ex-members, and two of them confirmed that they did cancel their accounts and that they were being billed again. I made deals with them... I created free accounts for them on a pay for 1 month get 2 months bases in return for that I can keep these reactivated accounts alive to see how long this is going to last. So Tomass if you read this; DON'T refund these payments, it's sorted out with two of these members and you really always have to contact your clients to get their side of the story before doing any refunds.
If you refund anything one more time without contacting me first I'll remove all Zombaio scripts and htpasswd list from my site immediately
Here's the first page I get when looking up one of these problematic subscriptions:
Now there shouldn't be any more billings after Sep 2, right? Maybe one more billing to correct for the paused rebilling in July, but after that, no more right? Well on the next page his accounts shows as active with 3 billings after Sep 2 and the forth billing scheduled in December.
I also checked if this guy maybe joined again in September but no he didn't, I even searched in my e-mail software for a Notification Email, but it's not there. So the guy cancelled in Sep, account was terminated in Sep, he didn't rejoin after that. So why the deactivating and rebilling of his account? And he's not the only one, I found THREE like this and I'm sure there are more, on my site and on the sites of others. In another post I already explained how to locate these problematic accounts, it's really not that hard, unless you're a retard
But what are we talking about? Tomass said errors like this in their system are impossible, and that solved everything, didn't it? It means that something like this cannot happen, so it didn't happen, everything solved!
