milk, eggs, cheese. It wasnt exactly my choice but docs prescribed to cut on meat within 2 weeks. And it went on, i dont feel any need, it was bad for my digestion and some other stuff.
So far I lost about 4 pounds max, mostly crap that went out off the belly lol
