actually - that's only correct if he was contract. I got burned on that point once. I had an employee who didn't do any work for 2 weeks, didn't even show up and it went to court cause i refused to pay him for it. He got the wages for that time. If he had been contract, he wouldn't have to be paid. Even the judge said he didn't deserve it, but the law says as long as he's an employee, you have to pay him for that time till you release him. It's nuts. If dom was contract, you got him. If he was an employee and hasn't run out his statute of limitations, you may be in trouble if he was an employee.
