Light travels at different speeds through different materials. We have thought that C was the speed of light (photons) in a vacuum. Maybe C is actually the speed of neutrinos, not photons, so it's 0.00025 times faster. That doesn't change E=MC2. It only means that C is a tiny but faster than we thought.
