Are you an idiot? Chechens are in RUSSIA. Do you suggest nuke them or just do a total genocide like the Americans did to Indians? Sorry, but we are in 21th century and we can't kill every Chechen just because of their nationality. Once again, we are not Americans and Chechens are not Indians (we are not that barbarians). As about any EXTERNAL menace, so yes - Russia has enough nukes to wipe off any country at least 10 times in a row. Do you think another opinion?
