Right.. you are saying that you have inside knowledge to the fact that their current rules of engagement state that if they are fired upon or attacked in any way, shape or form (presumably this also includes direct and indirect threats and/or harassment), they should launch tactical nukes in response.
You know that because you are probably a high ranking military FSB official or at least the first officer in command of the ship? Or maybe you are in the Kremlin right now shuttling around high level communications between Putin and the ship? Are you an embassy official passing translating high level messages between the White House and Kremlin/US Embassy in Moscow?
