Most of the Dead shows I've attended, I only smoked marijuana (now I rarely smoke, preferring to vaporize and consume my cannabis through edibles). I have even attended even some Dead shows completely straight/sober - now
THAT was a trip, lol.
I was never that big into acid, as I find it too intense, the dosages too variable, and I like being in full control most of the time. I don't recall exactly the last time I did acid, but it's been at least a decade or two. For me, mushrooms are easier to take (once you get past the taste), and a more mellow trip.
Without having a flashback, I am capable of recalling some of my acid experiences and the sensations fairly vividly, especially if I am enjoying some strong cannabis and listening to some trippy music.
