Questions I got were mostly about traffic, sites get in average only about 15-20 uniques per day (but even a simple blog-directory link exchange should bump those numbers up quickly).. Lets say the BIN price for quick sale is $500 (so I at least cover domain renewals), will consider lower offers but please make them above $300ish
