If I were you guys, I'd stop this public bs before you both post your way out of business. Webmasters do NOT like any thoughts of illegality when it comes to content. The facts of this ordeal will be jumbled and forgotten but you could easily find wm's loosing trust in your companies simply from the inability to act professionally.
