well I duno who's right or who's or who's wrong in this matter.. I personally don't care...
but the US 2257 seems to keep comming up... well it is my understanding that , although it's nice to have this as a webmaster.. it's not required by law for the webmaster (or resalers for that matter) to have himself.. right? only the person that shoots the content has to have the legal proof of age and consent forms.. am I right? I mean I go into gas stations every day and see playboy and hustler mags sitting behind the counters.. well I really don't think the store owner has copies of this paper work.. so what's the diffrence?
