well, i havent tried 'em yet but i have a very low tolerance (LUCKY ME!
), so mostly 0.5grams will gimme a light trip already ... taken fresh i'd suggest 7-10 grams - dried 0.5 - 1.0 ... just to start with
2 grams dried will give ya some strange experience and more than 3 grams will propell you into an orbit
