Wondered this myself lately. But I don't see enough guys will to 'like' a porn site or a porn girl to have their family, friends, co-workers etc see. Sure some do it, but it doesnt seem lucrative enough to be worth it.
Twitter on the other hand? Are people searching twitter terms? Tweet a url with some keywords? Anyone can find it. Maybe carry more weight.
Non Adult is a whole new ballgame. Offer incentives for people to like your page. Give discount codes, or coupons.
