skip sleeping for a day, then don't eat the next day before collapsing on your bed. don't think about the shakes or you'll get disconcerted and it gives you the shivers again. face the fact you are in a lucid state and if you let it flow, you will deeply fall asleep. and there you go. and most importantly: make sure you're comfortable (bed is made + temperature is not too high).
